Do mail signatures not show up for everyone on this list? If not I'll try and remember to include the link in the email itself next time.
I'll see to getting a logout link from the AdminCP, and a search feature is also on the list of things to add. Several people have asked for that already.
Usually when a screen goes blank with a PHP based application, it's because an error was triggered. They don't always show up on your screen, but there should be a record of it in your webserver logs. I've not had any trouble assigning new domains to users after creating them.
