[Pdns-users] Web Interface

Hi,
I'd second that... I'm using WebDNS in a large ISP environment with no
serious issues. I really like the way the interface is put together.
There are a few small outstanding reports/requests with the interface
but none that would make it unreliable or cause any harm when using it.
Installation is well documented and there shouldn't be any problems
setting it up. If you do have any questions, there is a mailing list and
online docs, else I'm sure I could help.
I'm involed in the WebDNS community, but things at the moment are a
little slow as the author has moved companies I think. I'm sure this
pause in the dev cycle wont be long.
The only problem I'm having at the moment is keeping the 2 MySQL
databases in sync. It seems the slave goes quiet and ignores/dismisses
updates from the master until its restarted, then all is well in MySQL
land. I'll raise this as another thread.
Regards
Richard

I don't know if any of you have seen WebDNS or not. I have the WebDNS
interface running on two load balanced web servers and connecting to my
master database using stunnel and it works well.
https://webdns.bountysource.com. They also have a Google group for
support questions (http://groups.google.com/group/webdns-support). It
may do some of the things that you're looking for. I know that the zone
information is loaded dynamically via ajax and record edits are handled
inline within the page. If it's a close fit to what you're already
looking for it might be something that you'd be able to contribute to.
