Ryan, zone2sql.exe is a tool to convert BIND (an opensource nameserver) zonefiles to SQL queries, it wasn't written to convert Windows NT/2000/XP's zones. So you'll probably end up writing some sort of tool for that yourself. Greetings, - Michel Stol
