I believe that Xenial had the same issues as Jessie regarding netsnmp,
but you're free to try whether or not this is the case. Please run `make
check` after building as that'll verify that dnsdist isn't linked
against 2 versions of OpenSSL.

You'll need the development packages of all the dependencies installed;
libedit-dev and liblua5.1-0-dev (or libluajit-5.1-dev).
