hmmm, I"m running 4.1.6 on ubuntu bionic on raspberry pis. I"m wondering if I should upgrade to 4.3?. I'm thinking it's a problem with my PowerDNS configuration when I run that same command on another server I get the following

pi at compute-1:/etc/powerdns $ dig +norec @192.168.0.32 millsresidence.com. soa

; <<>> DiG 9.11.5-P4-5.1+deb10u1-Raspbian <<>> +norec @192.168.0.32 millsresidence.com. soa
; (1 server found)
;; global options: +cmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
