Here's few things you could do:
First.
Set recursor option
forward-recurse=manasseh-city.com=1xx.1xx.1xx.195;1xx.1xx.1xx.196
Secondly, provide us
dig manasseh-city.com @75.75.76.76 (assuming this is your recursor)
