Unbound, Unbound or Unbound.
Or BIND.

Those are the only two Floss servers that do validation, at the moment.
I'd like to recommend Unbound, or, if you're en-route a lot,
DNSSEC-Trigger, which comes bundled (at least on OS/X and Windows) with
an Unbound server.
