http://wiki.powerdns.com/trac/wiki/HACKING explains how to get SVN; you can run ./dist-recursor from the pdns/ subdir inside the checkout to get a recursor snapshot.

Alternatively, you can always find the latest snapshot at https://autotest.powerdns.com/job/powerdns-svn/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/pdns/
