Could still become accidentally signed when the pdns core reads it.

I also think the gsql backends don't understand / act on the
difference between serials 0 and NULL. Doesn't make a difference for
zones that have serials between 1 and 2^31-1, which most do. Another
thing to possibly file a bug about.
