I have essentially patched my pdns yesterday which fixed the problem.

But that change doesn't seem to make much sense to me:
+ if(q->d_dnssecOk)
+ outpacket->d_dnssecOk; // RFC 5936, 2.2.5 'SHOULD'
Is there a "= true" missing?
