[Pdns-users] Stupid question about master and slave replication and notify errors

Hi,

I have setup PowerDNS as a master and BIND 9 as a slave.
The transfer to the slave works like a charm, only the strange thing is
that it also sends itself a NOTIFY and because slave=no (it is just a
master) the request has failed.
Is this normal behaviour that it sends out a NOTIFY to all nameservers
and that the master server blocks it ?

The message:

Dec 17 14:04:41 pcintelw01 pdns[22552]: 1 domain for which we are master
needs notifications
Dec 17 14:04:41 pcintelw01 pdns[22552]: Queued notification of domain
'n-es.nl' to 80.79.192.33
Dec 17 14:04:41 pcintelw01 pdns[22552]: Queued notification of domain
'n-es.nl' to 80.79.194.24
Dec 17 14:04:41 pcintelw01 pdns[22552]: Received NOTIFY for n-es.nl from
80.79.194.24 but slave support is disabled in the configuration

My pdns.conf:

# allow-axfr-ips Allow zonetransfers only to these subnets
#
  allow-axfr-ips=80.79.192.0/24, 80.79.194.24, 127.0.0.1
(I think allow-axfr-ips=80.79.192.0/24 is enough)

#################################
# disable-axfr Disable zonetransfers but do allow TCP queries
#
  disable-axfr=no
#################################
# local-address Local IP addresses to which we bind
#
  local-address=0.0.0.0
#################################
# master Act as a master
#
  master=yes

#################################
# slave Act as a slave
#
  slave=no

How can I fix this message and error and tell PowerDNS to update only
the slave server? (how does it know what is his slave server?)

Kind regards,

Michiel
