[Pdns-users] Status of poweradmin?

inet_pton and inet_ntop both require PHP >= 5.1.0 though. I understand 
that PHP 4 has reached end of life, but I'm not sure how much 
penetration PHP 5 has yet. These functions are also not available on 
Windows machines, though I don't know how many Windows users are using 
pdns-admin.
