This is not allowed. The CNAME actually means 'tehnodrvo.hr' *IS*
tehnodrvo.dyndns.org

This is a restriction caused by how DNS works, it is not related to
PowerDNS. Other nameservers disallow 'CNAME and other' data for a single
record.

Your problems probably flow from this mistake.
