[Pdns-users] Cannot allocate memory

Hello Mr Hubert,

ok now i will explain my current setting.
i have a mysql master slave setup with one
master and 4 slave mysql server.

every mysql master/slave server is designed
for one powerdns server.

on every host machine you find a mysql server
4.1 and a powerdns server.

AFXR querys are very low.

the querys/minute are round about 3000 - 3500
the latency is very good and there are no problems.
the dnsstuff.com dns timing reports me a B mark.

now to the logs:

the command you send me reports every time an "0"

but i could find out one thing.
for internal use i inserted in the "records" table
an own record type called "EML" with the following specs:

content: 123 at test.de|123 at test2.de
name: domain.tld
prio: 0
ttl: 0

with this records in the pdns db i got the errors
above. i have now dropped the records from the records
table and put them into an own one. now the problems have
left, but i dont know if the "cannot alloc memory" problem
will come again and perhaps it was produced through my records
which werent real dns records.
but think, will this ever happens when a record get stored
in the record database? for an example, an php script for
managing the records in the database has an error and put
false types into the db. will then the dns got throttled?
iam afraid of this....

the next thing i saw is:

every time pdns cought an exception error, it will regenerate
the gmysql connector. is this right ?
