[Pdns-users] Handling malformed queries.

When PowerDNS receives a malformed qdomain (google%com) it drops the
query and the client eventually times out; BIND it seems will either
give a NXDOMAIN or root referrals; wouldn't it be better if PowerDNS
did something similar from a clients perspective?
