Section 4.2:
- 16 bits are 65536 possibilities
- 14 bits are 16384 possibilities, perhaps you've meant 2^15

Section 4.3:
The first sentence is hard to understand in terms of what you've meant. More 
clarification would be fine.

I'm also curious about who is A. Hubert because I've thought your first name 
is Bert ;-)
