You seem to be confused how enum is handled...
the enum field has to respond as a regular expressions, slightly
modified to work in DNS...
100 10 "u" "E2U+SIP" "!^\+1800(.*)$!sip:1800\1 at tf.voipmich.com!".
So using your example the correct answer is:
100 50 "u" "E2U+SIP" "!^(.*)$!sip:testuser at domain.com!".
