Even if it was (it's not currently atm, but it is a free service though)
but then again it's not useful for normal DNS administration since it's
specifically tailored to NAPTR/ENUM entries only, it's unlikely to be
very useful for even normal ENUM/NAPTR administration as it has lots of
restrictions and safe guards geared toward our public service...

The only people that would find it useful is those wanting to run in
competition to us...
