Of course its possible with PowerDNS. Reversezones are just like
"normal" Domains, they just look strange :) 

It seems that the NS-Records for your Zone are missing in the Database -
how did you define them? Can we have a dump or something else? Maybe a
screenshot of your edit-site in PowerAdmin should be enough (edit.php).
