simply add records like this:

 xn--tst-qla.de	A 127.0.0.1

for resolving the hostname

 tÀst.de to 127.0.0.1

the client does not ask for "tÀst.de" but for "xn--tst-qla.de"

-> it depends on the dns-lib of the client, if IDN works - not on the
Nameserver.
