Some may be more negative for PowerDNS than useful...

It lists ".tk" as the only TLD with PowerDNS and two out of three
servers of ".tk" are down...

Otherwise, Free, one of the largest access and hosting providers in
France, uses PowerDNS. Check free.fr nameservers.
