[Pdns-users] Patch to keep PowerDNS from notifying zone master

The attached patch changes communicator.cc so that, when it's issuing 
NOTIFYs to name servers, it skips the master name server as named in the 
SOA record. This makes sense to me, since if PowerDNS is sending NOTIFYs 
for a zone, it should be the master for the zone. Bert, when you get a 
chance, can you merge this into your development version?
