[Pdns-users] Reverse lookups

I'm really confused.  It appears since I've switched to Power DNS reverse 
lookups are failing for my domain and I can't figure out why.   Forward 
lookups are working perfectly.

I've created a new domain in DNS (using PowerAdmin) named 
108.224.199.in-addr.arpa   Within this domain I have multiple PTR records. 
 One looks like this

name: 38.108.224.199.in-addr.arpa 
type: PTR
content: www.luzerne.edu
ttl: 3600

I also have a domain named luzerne.edu containing the equivalent A record:

name: www.luzerne.edu
type: A
content: 199.224.108.38
ttl: 3600

When I do a DIG against my name server and perform a forward lookup 
everything looks great:

No answer section :(

I know I'm messing up something, but I can't find my error.  Any 
suggestions would be appreciated.
