Seems like your NS records are missing. Could you please post the zone 
file for nethosting.pl from your bind slave name server? Additionally 
I would like to see the output of:

dig @ns.nethosting.pl nethosting.pl AXFR

Your ldif seems to be ok, provided dns.roztocze.com.pl contains the 
same records.
