We find it's very stable under FreeBSD too - we run it in a large
production environment under BSD 4.8.

Only problem is (last time I looked) the recursor doesn't run under
FreeBSD 4,8, so we used named (Bind9) but it's just as good a setup.

We have somewhere in the region of 6Kq/m running though them!
