Should I worry about these:

Nov 25 20:53:26 ns1 pdns[65528]: Received packet from recursor backend with id 
100 which is a duplicate
Nov 25 20:53:26 ns1 pdns[65528]: Received packet from recursor backend with id 
108 which is a duplicate
Nov 25 20:53:27 ns1 pdns[65528]: Received packet from recursor backend with id 
62 which is a duplicate
Nov 25 20:53:27 ns1 pdns[65528]: Received packet from recursor backend with id 
91 which is a duplicate
Nov 25 20:53:27 ns1 pdns[65528]: Received packet from recursor backend with id 
3 which is a duplicate

and I'm still getting allot of these too:

Nov 25 20:58:41 ns1 pdns[65528]: Recursive query for remote 196.3.164.46 with 
internal id 24 was not answered by backend within timeout, reusing id
Nov 25 20:58:41 ns1 pdns[65528]: Recursive query for remote 196.37.233.107 
with internal id 34 was not answered by backend within timeout, reusing id
Nov 25 20:58:42 ns1 pdns[65528]: Recursive query for remote 196.3.164.47 with 
internal id 31 was not answered by backend within timeout, reusing id

Is there anyway I can increase the timeout ?
This is on a FreeBSD 4.9RC using powerdns-2.9.11
