Seems to me like a logic bug that have to be fixed in both the code 
and the doc, but that's up to Bert.

Currently the bigger problem I found (?) is that pdns 2.9.9 (tar 
downloaded today) isn't compiling. The AXFR check code still contains 
the "!" but is also missing a bracket at the end of the if statement.

@Bert:
Sorry to bother you, but if that's true (can anyone confirm this), you 
should release a corrected version (pdns-2.9.9p1 or so).
