No, not exactly. As far as I know database table can't inherit the 
contents of another table - or the other possibility - the pdns MySQL 
backend can not access two tables simultaneously.

If you are really interested in using MySQL in such a setup, try to 
patch the SQL backends so they query all tables supplied by the 
config file (and not only one).
