^^^^ This is your prolbem.
you can't cname an entire domain. it breaks RFCs (afaik), and just won't
work.

> www.polluxdesign.com CNAME web.zesolution.com

you'll need to 
have:

polluxdesign.com A 11.22.33.44
then
cname www.polluxdesign.com to that
