[dnsdist] Is it possible to add an EDE to DNSAction.SpoofRaw ?

I did, and it looks like a bug to me. I just opened a pull request [1] 
to change this behaviour, which will likely be backported to the 1.9.x 
branch. I intend to release 1.9.7 this week, this fix will hopefully be 
merged soon enough to make it there.
