[dnsdist] IP Filtering

I am a newbie to the dnsdist and pdns feature. for the learning purpose, i am trying to configure IP filtering using the pdns and pdns recursor method.. 

I have taken the reference of this source:

I have some doubts regarding this. 

1: Is this the right lua script source. 
2: so what will be the configuration, where to configure this file. 
my configure file location is like below.. is that right? 
/etc/pdns-recursor/baddomains.lua 
/etc/pdns-recursor/filterdomain.lua 

We have given recursion.conf as 

lua-dns-script=/etc/pdns-recursor/filterdomain.lua 

Kindly give me some help to get this .
