[dnsdist] dnsdist - makeKey() only works with libsodium support?

Thanks for the reply, I decided to install PowerDNS 3.4.9, PowerDNS recursor 4.0.0-alpha3 and dnsdist 1.0.0 on Ubuntu 16.04, this was taking probably less time to compile it by myself :)
