[Powermail-users] Windows Binaries

The "More Information" page indicates that PowerMail is supported on the
Win2k/XP systems.  However the Downloads page does not have binaries
available.  
 
Are they available and if so where?
Were they available for older versions and if so where?
 
If not, anyone want to take a shot at describing the requirements /
process to make same.
