All right. For powerdns primary/secondary setup all the IPS have to be listed in allow-axfr-ips.

hi all,

I am new to powerdns and not a DNS server power user. Currently I have 3 server setup, 2 bind and 1 powerdns.

bind servers can talk to each other but for powerdns to talk to bind or vice versa there seem to be no replication of the dns. Whether it is powerdns or bind is primary or secondary.

On the bind server if it is secondary it indicates Transfer status: NOTAUTH.
while for powerdns when running as secondary It fail to replicate but it just replicated before sending out this email.

it is just using iP to authenticate. pdns is 4.8

pdns_control version
4.8.0-alpha1
