Improvements
Register a few known RR types and remove an unknown one

Adding/removing RRs is an incompatible change and may break updates.

So you should:
- mention it in the upgrade instructions (including which RRs were 
added/removed), or
- fix https://github.com/PowerDNS/pdns/issues/804 ;-)
