Some of the e164.arpa domains used in my SIP Proxy environment are
private and thus (on purpose), are not registered under e164.arpa.  This
worked fine in 4.0, but not anymore in 4.1.  Upgrade to 4.1 made a
fundamental, non-backwards compatible, change in the behavior of
PowerDNS.
