[Pdns-users] No notifications sent for new zone added (bind-backend)

That is what I believe I have configured currently. If I force a
notification for the domain the slaves are automatically provisioned ( I do
have the entries in the supermaster table). It just seems that the master
isn't sending out a notification for a new zone unless the serial is
incremented after it is added.
