Ken, you misread my email. I'm not talking about adding a new table. I'm saying that apparently a new _column_ and a new _index_ was added between 3.0 and 3.1 but not listed on the 3.0 -> 3.1 upgrade instructions. Please re-read my email carefully to see the discrepancy.
