I  have a couple more questions: 

I am currently using pdnsops as gui but in the settings of name servers it does force me to enter the IP addresses of the name servers instead of the FQDN is that OK?

I want to create a nice interface to out application user panel where the users can add their DNS records is there any good API for this reason which I can use?

Propagating newly added domains are very slow however ones the domains are propagated the record changes are propagated almost instantly. Is there anything I can do to make domain propagation faster?
