[Pdns-users] pdns different version, different answers

Helo, yes SOA id and the two A records id that 3.X answer with are the same, the other ones ids 2.9.X answer are all the same but different from the SOA and this two A ones. You were right. 
Why did this happened? How do I fix it? Changing id’s only?
