[Pdns-users] PDNS behaving oddly

Hi,

We have configured PDNS to use pipe-backend database to resolve hostname 
to ip address.

Its working fine but sometimes is gives error PDNS in monitor mode and 
behaves oddly:

/Database module reported condition which prevented lookup (process 
returned a FAIL) sending out servfail/.

On the other size the host is already running still its not able to 
resolve IP address.

These happens randomly, It resolves query but some time later fail to 
resolve.

Can any body us out what could be the reason behind this.
