I double checked the TTL is set to 10 hours, the the 1 million queries should
be completed within 4hours, so by right, the cache should stored 1 million
records. but it only has 1xx only id I am using rec_control dump-cache
command. I have verified through packet trace, the client did send over
999902 queries on different numbers.

any idea?

below is the command I used to start the application.

/usr/sbin/pdns_recursor --local-address=192.168.1.76 --local-port=5300
--max-cache-entries=10000000 --max-cache-ttl=36000
--forward-zones=e164.arpa="192.
168.208.214:5301;192.168.208.190:5302"
