You mean this:

pdns.conf

#local-address=0.0.0.0
local-address=204.10.63.15,127.0.0.1
#local-ipv6=::1
*query-local-address6=*
local-port=53

Is it ok?

If so, I apologize for any misunderstanding ... I have been working a lot
with it.
