Forgot to CC the list :/ Additional information, pdns monitor now shows
the following line:

Jul 13 18:20:00 Error receiving packet from recursor backend: Connection
refused

Alright, I now have it binding to all IP's. However, recursion via VPN
does not work still. dig produces the same error, unless run from on the
local machine, where it works fine. nmap does not show port 54 as being
open, on any ip address.

Any reason this could still be happening? Is it possible queries from my
machine are somehow being dis-allowed? Am I able to put a wildcard in the
queries allowed from variable?
