Marek,
This usually means you have corrupt records in the database - 2.9.21
and 2.9.22 are a lot stricter than 2.9.20 in this respect, and do not
silently ignore many errors.
Are you sure there is no logging?
Just for testing, see if you can run 2.9.22 in parallel and query your
SOA records.
