[Pdns-users] PowerDNS Recursor 3.1.7.1 released!

Hi,
It seems that GNU Make 3.80 doesn't like our Makefile. It works fine with GNU
Make 3.81. Here is a simple patch that correct the issue for GNU Make 3.80. At
least, I can compile pdns-recursor.
