Take a look at this page.


There are many of the one's that I've seen listed there.  I like TUPA, 
but it doesn't look like it has had any updates for quite some time.  
I've been using an updated poweradmin that is OK.  It gets the job done 
and you can set up users and give them control over their own domains.
