I found this remark about PTR records:
func/domains.php:
               // PTR record requires in-addr.arpa, so check for it.

This pretty much sounds like the check that is bugging me.

- From my reading of http://pdnsadmin.iguanadons.net/ I fail to see where
you would be getting version 1.2.7 from. I guess you are referring to
another tool?
