[Pdns-users] this ubiquitous recursor again, problems ....

The recursor was downloaded from
ftp://ftp.monshouwer.eu/pub/linux/pdns-server
I have pdns-recursor-3.1.5-3.el5.MIND.i386.rpm installed. The box is
CentOS5.0
I believe this version contains latest fixes when some time-out issues were
discovered.

Don't think the routing is an issue.

default         192.197.96.1    0.0.0.0         UG    0      0        0 eth0

The host is able to get to Internet via 192.197.96.1 and nothing prevents
for packets to come back, I mean there are no firewalls. It sits on the
public network.

Please provide version of pdns recursor and where you got it from. Is there
anything interesting about your nameserver's routing setup?
