[Pdns-users] Compiling opendbx module fails on Solaris

Looks good, I think the patch missed calls to u_int32_t in odbxprivate.cc and
I got some failed hunks when I ran it initially, but I got the gist
(s/u_int32_t/uint32_t/g) and I can put the fix in manually..  I'll update
when it builds cleanly ;)
